APC Mandatory Competencies Module available by pre-recorded video streaming

  • access to unlimited streaming for 40 days
  • with detailed supporting notes
  • plus live one-to-one online or telephone support for up to 60 minutes

Aims and Outcomes

  • This APC Mandatory Competencies Training Module is aimed at all APC Candidates to provide the knowledge and understanding to achieve Level 1
  • This Module will also make a significant contribution towards the achievement of Level 2 in Client Care, Communication & Negotiation and Health & Safety plus Levels 2 and 3 in Ethics, Rules of Conduct and Professionalism.
  • The knowledge element is provided by voice-over PowerPoint presentations with detailed supporting notes.
  • Understanding will be achieved by using typical APC Final Assessment questions and one-to-one discussion.

The Presenter

John Faulkner FRICS is a former valuation lecturer, a consultant in private practice, a regular contributor at CPD events and an APC / AssocRICS training consultant. Please contact John for further details on this Module if you wish.

CPD

This module provides 3½ hours of formal CPD.
Post module study to reinforce knowledge and understanding provides additional CPD hours.

The Fee is £100.00 (no VAT)
